MEET THE FACE BEHIND THE BLOG
Hi! My name is Zoie and I'm the face behind this blog! I was raised in small-town Indiana, but that didn't stop me from having bigger dreams, some of which have always seemed impossible. I've always been a creative soul and that trait has led me to now own my own business, called The October Shoppe, where I sell handmade jewelry, home decor, and more! I started The October Shoppe in January of 2020 and never thought it would get to where it is today.

Becoming an entrepreneur so young has only fueled the fire for my ambitious spirit, and I now want to share my business journey, as well as the other aspects of my life, using this platform. I also want to share what I've learned to help all other aspiring business owners, entrepreneurs, and creatives who might need an extra push to take the leap into their wildest dreams.

Like I mentioned before, I've always been creative, and jump on any chance I get to express myself in a creative way. Some of my favorite things are painting, cooking, writing, digital art, fashion, and of course making things for my shop, all topics I'm sure you'll see on this website soon! Some other passions of mine include shopping secondhand, interior design, and houseplants! I'm also a coffee addict and definitely drink wayyyy more than the recommended daily amount of caffeine every day...oops.
